Purpose of the Call
The Clarity Call is a focused strategic conversation designed to help founders and business leaders gain direction on brand, marketing, or business growth challenges. It is not a full consulting engagement.- Preparation & Participation
To make the most of the session, you agree to join on time and come prepared with your key questions or challenges. The more specific you are, the more value we can create together. - Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before the call.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a fresh booking. - Confidentiality
Anything shared during the call – ideas, numbers, plans, or strategy – will remain private and confidential. This applies both ways: you agree to keep any materials or insights shared by us confidential as well. - No Guarantees of Outcomes
The guidance offered during the call is based on experience and best practices. While we aim to give you clear, actionable direction, business outcomes depend on execution and external factors. - Recording Consent
Calls may be recorded for internal reference or quality improvement. If you prefer not to be recorded, please inform us before the call begins. - Intellectual Property
Any frameworks, tools, or ideas shared during the call remain the intellectual property of Voice of Brands Communications. You may use them for your business, but not redistribute, resell, or present them as your own. - Professional Conduct
We aim to create a respectful, productive space. Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session. - Communication
By booking this call, you agree to receive communication related to the session over email or WhatsApp, including the Google Meet link and follow-up messages. - Acceptance
By submitting the form and confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
